At Cy Lum & Associates, they specialise in providing commercial legal drafting which includes but not limited to revenue generating agreements, business alliance agreements, financial sourcing agreements and other general contracts. Apart from that they also provide business legal document drafting and review services in addition to SME Dispute Resolution and Settlement. 

Jeffrey an associate to Cy Lum & Associates offers operation and business development assistance to the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of London and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Wales both in second-class honours. Additionally, he has obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a member of the Malaysian Bar Council, whereby he practices in corporate, commercial and contract laws. He is one of the pioneer founders to Cy Lum & Associates and a member of our Cy Lum Services. Jeffrey is a believer of the 6 Cs concept in building a sustainable and profitable business.
