He holds an LLB from the University of London, completed his Certificate in Legal Practice, and was called to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He also holds an MBA from the University of Wales.

Specializing in commercial and contract law, Jeffrey advocates the 6 Cs concept for sustainable businesses. Before his legal career, he gained extensive experience in sales and business development across real estate, construction materials, and other industries. He further refined his legal expertise at leading law firms and a public-listed company before joining Cy Lum & Associates.
